Pet Cremation
Paws to Heaven offers two types of pet cremation service's:
Individual Cremation
This is our most preferred option, Individual Cremation. Your pet is carefully cremated individually and tracked through our Individual Pet Tracking System to ensure that the ashes returned to you are truly those of your beloved companion. Their cremains are presented in a beautiful wooden urn with an engraved nameplate (view urn options here). A copy of the Rainbow Bridge poem and a certificate of cremation are also included.
Communal Cremation
With the communal cremation service, each pet is carefully placed in the cremation chamber with other companions. No cremated remains are returned to the pet owner. Our trusted staff respectfully scatters the cremated remains around our beautiful walking trail.
Chain of Custody
From the moment your pet enters our care and until they are returned, our caring cremation staff adhere to the strictest professional standards. Carried out in a gentle and respectful manner, Paws to Heaven uses a Individual Pet Tracking System so you may be confident your pet’s cremated remains are returned to you, the respective pet parent.
Pickup Services
The Joplin Humane Society offers, a no-charge, pickup service at local veterinary clinics, we do not offer in home pick-ups at this time. Please just tell your veterinarian at the time of service you would like to use the Joplin Humane Society's Paws to Heaven cremation services.
